My grandmother's Greek Salad by Rebecca Linn

Ingredients:

-green salad mix: iceberg lettuce, kale, etc (all sliced or shredded into bite sized pieces
-Kalamata olives (careful; not too many otherwise the salad will become to salty because there's also feta cheese
-red onion, sliced or yellow onion
-tomatoes (quartered)
-avocado (if desired and in sliced form)

Toss salad together

Dressing:

-lemon juice (1/3 cup)
-extra virgin olive oil (2/3 cup)
-pinch of oregano, salt and pepper

Shake dressing and then pour over salad, toss and serve
