Butternut Squash Fries by Kim Picard

Ingredients:
butternut squash
salt

Directions:
- Boil the butternut squash for about 5 minutes to soften the peel.
- Peel and de-seed the squash.
- Slice it into sticks like french fries.
- Arrange the fries on a baking sheet and lightly season with salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees, flipping them over halfway.
- You can also spice them up with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, or pumpkin pie spice if you're feeling fancy!
