Sauteed Green Beans by Celine Cohen
Green beans consist of LARGE amounts of butter fried up with onions, and some vinegar tossed in at the end.
DELICIOUS.
My mother found a healthier substitute for this recipe, using olive oil instead of butter. The vinegar doesn’t go as well so we never add that. They aren’t as good in my opinion.

Once again, fairly simple (just fry up sliced mushrooms with onions and olive oil) but scrumptious with a whole wheat toast and some parmesan cheese on top.
