Grandma’s Attempt at Vegan: Chili-Mac by Ashley McConnell
1 box elbow noodles
1 can red kidney beans
2 small cans tomato sauce
Garlic
Onion (1/2-1 whole)
1 tbsp oil
Chili powder
Brown chili powder in a pan until it is basically almost burned. Brown onions, garlic, salt and pepper in another pan. Then mix everything together with the tomato sauce. Add the beans. Let is simmer while the noodles cook. Cook noodles. Mix it all together. Yummy yummy.
